It all depends on what kind of arrhythmia it is. If your heart is OK otherwise most arrhythmias are more of a nuisance than a danger.
Depends on the type of arrhythmia. Some can be potentially be dangerous leading to strokes, or death while others are more symptomatic and less problematic.
