How to manage knee pain?

I am a 34 year old female and I have chronic knee pain. How to manage knee pain?

Thank you for this question. There are many treatment strategies for many knee problems. Correct diagnosis of the problem is most important to lead down a pathway to effective treatment. I would recommend seeing a PM&R doctor or orthopedic surgeon.
You need to be seen and examined by a physician who has experience in dealing with knees like an orthopedic surgeon or a sports medicine specialist. We need to determine if you have any internal derangement in the knee joint. Knowing your medical history is very important.
