I would have an epipen in school as backup. Also to talk to the teachers, regarding the allergy and to avoid food with peanut

Avoid peanuts in all foods. Carry epipen at all times. Make sure caregivers know how to use the epipen. Make sure teacher lunchroom personnel are aware of her allergy.
