Hi if you have anemia. Most important thing is to find the cause of anemia and treat it. You may need Colonoscopy, blood work and treat the cause and treat the anemia with iron. Ty
Depends on the reason for anemia- you may need folate or iron or B12 etc
Your Hematologist will look for correctable issues. It is unusual to need "a series of transfusions."
