I am 34 years old and lately, I have been having a problem with acne. I haven't had this issue since I was a teenager and I have been taking good care of my skin. I'm wondering, could this be a sign of a hormonal imbalance? If it is, what impact could this have on my body?

It could be the result of hormonal changes, usually happens during puberty. Acne can form in adults, usually with oily skin, pores get clogged and bacteria tend to grow and cause inflammation. It's recommended that skin should be kept clean, so wash your face with soap.
