“How can I improve my mother's balance?”
My mother is 78 years old and seems to have lost a sense of balance with her body. Is there anything that I can do to improve it so that I can prevent any falls?

You might want to have her checked out to make sure there is not a medical reason for her imbalance. The other exercises that help with balance or yoga, pilates and water aerobics which are all low resistance exercises for older adults. DR. Pam
To help improve your mother's balance and prevent falls, encourage regular exercise focusing on balance, make home modifications to reduce hazards, consider assistive devices if necessary, ensure regular eye and ear check-ups, review medications for potential side effects, and educate her on fall prevention strategies. Consulting healthcare professionals for personalized advice is recommended.
