“Inhaled household cleaner”
I inhaled some household cleaner while cleaning, and since then I have severe chest and back pain, particularly in the middle of my shoulder blades on my right side. Should I be worried?

Likely short term inflammatory reaction in lungs - see Dr as may need short course Steroids - tab or inhaler
It should clear up shortly, in a matter of days. If not, see your familty doc.
Since this has continued for 6 days, I recommend that you get it checked out. This is especially true if you have any underlying lung disease such as asthma or COPD.
