Pediatrician Questions Eating Issues with Children

My daughter is 7 years old and is a fussy eater. How can I supplement her nutrition?

My daughter is 7 years old and is extremely fussy about her food. She will not touch vegetables. I am trying my best to get her to eat them - I know it's a matter of time, but for now I am worried about the nutrition she is actually getting. Is there anything I can give her to make up for lack of nutrition?

give a multivitamin and try to give vegetables like veggie straws, carrots with dip apples grapes that children usually will eat
Dear Mom,

The issue is not what to add, but what is the CAUSE of her fussy eating. That is needed before you can decide what else to give her.

Help your child to pick up vegetables from the market and then engage her in preparation like making them, cutting into different shapes, and even cooking them to make it an interesting dish she will take pride in and be interested in tasting and enjoying the vegetables.
