I am a 54 year old female and I want to have eyebrow lift surgery. Is eyebrow lift surgery painful?

Brow lifts produce more numbness and tightness than pain. Headaches are common after the surgery for a few weeks so pain medicine, especially during sleep, are needed for a few weeks. Tingling and itching are common for weeks to months after surgery. Eventually the forehead will return to normal.
I do a short scar eyebrow lift and most patients do not experience much pain.
Eyebrow lift surgery is a fairly common procedure that carries a high level of satisfaction. It can be done in the office under local anesthesia, with or without sedation. There is little pain afterwards, and this is easily controlled with pain medications.
