It is possible to have headache after dental anesthesia. It should not last more than a week. If it is more than a week, you should talk to the your dentist.
Many medications can cause headache.
There is not enough information to answer this question.  As you know there are many reasons for headaches.  One of the most common is caffeine withdrawal.  Do you drink more than 2 large cups of coffee or caffeine containing drinks a day and didn't drink any on the day of surgery?
