I'm 29 years old male. Lately I have had more headaches than usual. Is it alright to take Ibuprofen while taking blood thinners?

Usually there is no interaction. Avoid aspirin.
I would not take ibuprofen or other similar NSAIDS while on a blood thinner since this will increase the risk of bleeding significantly.
