I am a 28 year old male. I got a mouth ulcer after having a tooth extraction. Is it normal to get mouth ulcers after a tooth extraction?

Not for most people.
Not unusual, could be due to any number of factors like local trauma, stress, inflammation. As long as it resolved within 7-10 days not a concern.
