“Is it ok to floss more than one time a day?”
I am a 20 year old male. I want to know if it is ok to floss more than one time a day?

It is certainly okay to floss more than one time a day, especially if you tend to get food lodged in your teeth that the brush doesn't remove. The reason it's only really necessary to floss once every 24 hours is because the bacterial plaque that forms on your teeth takes a whole day to form, so doing it more often isn't necessary unless there's food there that shouldn't stay between your teeth. The only risk you take is that you may have more healthy gums and teeth than everyone else.
I floss and water pick twice a day and brush three times per day (after each meal).
I hope this helps.
