Is my eye normal?

Good day, doc, I want to ask about my eye, I have some excess skin on the outer corner of my left eye, it looks like pterygium, but I think it's not, because it doesn't grow, and I had this condition since I was born. What my concern is, will it affect my sight after a long time? I'm 19 years old, and the excess skin (or something) still looks the same. And can I wear contact lenses? I'm afraid that if I wore it and look on the left with my eyes, the lenses will move. And I want to know if this is normal, or should I get surgery to remove it. My eye is fine, but I want to know if its normal or not.

It's hard to tell exactly from the pictures, but if you've had it since birth and it hasn't changed, then it likely will not affect your vision or cause any problems. Most people can wear contacts as long as their eyes are comfortable. The lens should not be moved by the bump on your eye, but the eye doctor who fits your contacts can tell for sure if it's a problem.

It looks like a hamartoma, which is benign. It does not need to be removed. You may where contact lenses.

It does look like a pterygium .If it is not growing then it is possible that you might be able to wear contacts. You are right that the contact could irritate this area. You need to be evaluated by an Eyecare specialist to know your best course of action
I am having difficulty making out the pictures, but the condition appears to be herniated orbital fat, which will not affect your eyesight. Unfortunately the pictures appear slightly out of focus, so I am not sure. Consider an eye examination when the the Covid-19 threat has ended. SO
It's a normal variation. It's your conjunctival tissue is more prominent. Watch it. If there's no increase over time , then I am right.
