“Is petechiae harmful?”
I have petechiae with no other symptoms. How many days will it take to go away?

It could be a sign of an underlying bleeding disorder or something more serious. See your primary physician first or bird certified dermatologist to do a more thorough history and exam.
You need to see your dermatologist to see the cause. It could be vascular, inflammation, clotting disorder, infectious, or just unknown. Once the cause is known, it’s easier to predict its course.
