“Is sleeping on the left side bad for your heart?”
I am a 24 year old female. I want to know if sleeping on the left side bad for your heart?

There was no scientific evidence that would suggest that sleeping on your left side causes any problem with your heart. I would not worry about it.

No, not for you. Rarely in some patients it may "crowd" the heart, but not for a healthy young lady.
No, normally the rib cage protects the heart from trauma. There are congenital abnormalities where the heart is outside the rib cage, however, this is an unusual condition. Normally there is no problem.
