“Is teeth whitening safe?”
I was thinking about getting my teeth whitened. Is this safe though? How frequently should I get whitening treatment?

After you have had a dental exam w there is no decay, then yes if performed in a dental office . It’s common to have sensitivity after bleaching.
When done properly, tooth whitening is safe. Some patients experience temporary tooth cold sensitivity during treatment. This typically resolves after the bleaching treatment is done. Sensodyne toothpaste helps when used during and before bleaching is done.

Teeth whitening is safe but you have to check your teeth for any active dental disease prior to bleaching to avoid pain and discomfort.
