“Is the radiation from a CT scan dangerous?”
My son needs a CT scan after a sports concussion. I want to know if the radiation from a CT scan is dangerous.

CT scans do emit a fair amount of radiation, but 1 alone is not dangerous.
Its the same as flying from Chicago to Denver, or living in Denver for 8 months.
