Is there a blood test for vitamin and mineral deficiency?

I am a 32 year old male. I want to know if there is a blood test for vitamin and mineral deficiency?

Yes, Complete blood count, your blood count and chemistry tube will check for minerals such as sodium, potassium, calcium and more. Specific vitamins also can be check in the blood. Ask your doctor to do a blood test. Thank you.
There is not a single test. Your doctor would have to order tests for the quantity of each vitamin and mineral in which you are interested.
There are tests for some specific vitamins and minerals, but no general test.
