“Is there a cure for Crohn's Disease?”
I'm 32 years old and I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease. I never really heard of it, and I'm trying to find ways to manage my symptoms. Is there a cure for Crohn's disease?

There is no known cure, but there are many medicines available to try to control it, in some cases achieving complete remission. Do not try to manage it on your own by "natural" remedies. Find a good GI doctor with expertise in Crohns and follow their advice on treatment.
There’s not a cure, but there are treatments.
We do have treatment for Crohn’s disease but none of these are able to cure the condition completely. We are able to achieve partial or complete remission of the disease, which may recur once treatment is stopped.
