I am a 27 year old male. I was wondering is there a surgery to remove the wax from my ears?

Hello! Wax can generally be removed in the office setting. In very rare cases, it can be removed in the operating room, if needed. Your body will continue to make wax, however. Discuss with your ENT the steps to take the reduce too much wax accumulation in your ear canals. Some wax is good in the ear canals.
