Is there a smaller, better version of the CPAP? I don’t like the big bulky one and never use it.

Yes. There are traveller CPAPs from Resmed and Respironics. You can google them. However they are expensive and not covered by insurance. The newer CPAPs are nicer now like dreamstation CPAP.

Did the doctor who prescribed it give you a choice between setups? There are lots of different shapes of masks etc., and you should have much more than one choice. A pulmonologist's office should be able to tell you where to go to look at the various choices, and you shouldn't even need a referral to get their list.
