Ophthalmology Questions Eye Floaters

Is there treatment for floaters?

I'm nearly 32, and I'm worried that my eyes are suffering from some kind of disease that's undiagnosed. I always had floaters, but the older I get, the more noticeable they are. Is there treatment for floaters?

I have some patients (albeit very rare) that are very symptomatic from floaters and we refer them to a retina specialist for either a possible laser treatment to breakup the floater or surgery to completely remove them.
Sorry, no treatment for floaters, but they do not represent eye disease unless associated with flashing lights.
Most floaters do not need treatment. See an Ophthalmologist
There is no effective treatment for floaters. There is a laser that can make big floaters into smaller floaters, but it does not remove them.
