Dentist Questions Gingivitis

Is Water Flossing better than Air Flossing?

I have gingivitis, and I'm starting to floss to reduce it--but which is better? Water flosses or air flosses?

Definitely yes, especially if one uses a therapeutic rinsing agent.
Whichever one you will do every day without fail is the best one for you. They both are effective.
Using a strand of dental floss is the optimum method of flossing. Other methods are less effective or not effective at all.
You want to keep all of your teeth.
The best is regular flossing with dental floss, all other thing is additional procedures to the regular flossing.
Maybe but it doesn't replace manual flossing
Good old fashion slightly waxed floss and a WaterPik will help. Must be done on a daily basis to reverse the gingivitis.
Water.
Water flosses are better
Congratulations. Any kind of flossing is great for your health. As to which is better... both are great instruments, but I lean towards the water flosser.
Flossing normally without using water spray is better
Hello,

Water floss is better than air floss as it removes the debris and loosens plaque better.
I have seen better results with water flossing.
