What are the key pros and cons of circumcision in kids?

The other day I read an article about how circumcision can help in maintaining hygiene in boys and also prevent infections. What are the pros and cons of the procedure?

The pros are preventing UTI and phimosis which is inflammation of the foreskin. Cons are pain bleeding or deformity if not done properly. If it is not done in the birth to 3 weeks most doctors require them to be put to sleep which can cause problems from anesthesia and intubation.
