Knee pain?

Hello, I am a 56 year old man and I am disabled. My right knee has been really painful and very tight over the past 4 days. It seemed to come out of nowhere but I did fall about 5 weeks ago. After the fall, I had no problems at all with pain or my range of motion. I definitely notice that it is way more painful in the morning when I rise out of bed after sleeping. Actually, my right shoulder is also painful when I raise it in the morning but then that goes away within an hour. I am beginning to believe that it may be an autoimmune arthritis issue because I was diagnosed with Guillen Barre Syndrome in 2011. However, about 5 weeks ago, I fell outside and landed extremely hard but I had absolutely no problems after falling. I cannot find any physicians or medical facilities that will check me out because of the COVID/19 outbreak. So, what could this possibly be?

It can actually be due to lot of causes, for example, if the knee is red and swollen and painful, it might be due to an infection; if the knee locks and gives way and swells, it might be meniscus tear or a piece of cartilage falling off. It might be arthritis or actually fracture. It's hard to say which one is the correct diagnosis unless you are seen. Academic places should be seeing patients, you can try those.
