I was bathing my baby and a little water went inside his ears. Do you think this can be a problem for him eventually? Should I take him to a neonatalogist?

Little water in the ear is not a problem. Do not use ear swabs to clean the ears of your baby as they actually push wax further inside the ears. no that should be fine. If he or she seems fussy , you could have your pediatrician examine him.
I would not worry about it.
