If the lymphocyte range is 51% at the age of 10. Is that a normal range?

Every lab has their own "normal" results, and I would need to see the lab printout to make this determination. Also, the other labs included with this result are important, i.e., how many CD4 or CD8 cells there are.

Yes. 50% is well within the very wide range of normal for a ten year old.
