I am a 27 year old man, but I feel like I am a woman trapped in the body of a man. I don't know what should I do, or where to start. What do you think I should do? How should I tell my family?

Start with transgender counseling with a trusted trained professional. For right now consider getting help with the issues of your concern. A counselor will help you with your journey, and the outcome of your future decisions.
Hi,

Thank you for your question. It sounds like you are experiencing a shift in your gender identity. It might be helpful to seek individual therapy to process your thoughts and feelings about being trapped in the wrong body and to get some support in discovering ways to cope with your experience. If you have insurance, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card to get a referral to various therapists in your area from your insurance provider. Your therapist will help you determine the best approach in telling your family.
I hope this has been helpful!
