“Is there a medicated treatment for head lice?”
My children have been missing school a lot due to head lice problem. It seems to keep coming back. I've been using the recommended shampoo, but is there something else that could be done? Is there a medicated treatment to get rid of lice?

Treatment of head lice involves more than treating the problem on the head. Every member of the family and those who visit and where they visit should be addressed. At home, all members should be treated simultaneously. Combs and hair pieces, sheets and pillow cases, etc., should be washed and bleached and sunned of heat dried to kill the mites.
It's a concerted effort on all members of the family to get rid of this problem while been treated.
