“What are the medications recommended to treat renal hypertension?”
My dad is suffering from renal hypertension. He is 70 years old and also has diabetes. What medications are recommended in his condition?

Is the hypertension secondary to advanced kidney disease, then diuretics along with other anti hypertensive medications will be helpful. If it is secondary to renal artery stenosis (depending on single kidney or both kidneys, current renal fn, severity of stenosis, hypertension, etc.), medical management or intervention may help. While on meds, need to monitor renal fn closely.
