My son hit his head from jumping on his bed with his friends. He hit it pretty hard, and now won't stop bleeding from his forehead. Should I take him to the ER?

Maybe. Apply pressure to the area. The head and face are highly vascular and, therefore, bleed easily. If there is a cut (laceration) he should go to an urgent care or ER to have it repaired.
