I am having a lot of body pain at night after finishing cooking and doing dishes. My back, feet and legs ache a lot. What should I do to treat and prevent this pain naturally?

Work on gentle strengthening through yoga, pilates, or weight machines and posture. Also, consider alternate ways of working, say seated for instance.
