“My little one is passing extremely watery stools for the last 2 days. Could it be diarrhea?”
My little one is 3 months old. For the last 2 days he has been passing extremely watery stools. Is it diarrhea? Could it be a cause of concern or will it settle down on its own?

Have there been any changes in his diet? Is he breast or bottle fed? Did he recently get an oral vaccine? If there is no blood in stools and no vomiting or fever, you can watch. If this starts or diarrhea persists longer than a week, see his pediatrician.
It certainly could be diarrhea. In a 3-month-old, your main concern is dehydration. If the diarrhea does not stop by day 3 or if the baby can't drink frequently to replenish the loss, you should take her to the doctor.

It is concerning as the baby can get dehydrated fast and dehydration is a problem and water along with electrolytes should be replaced fast.
It is likely diarrhea. There are a lot of viruses going around. It is likely benign, but if you are concerned, go to your MD.
