“My daughter had a sudden platelet drop. What should be done?”
My daughter is 13 years old. She was having a fever and cold symptoms. The blood showed positive for dengue and her treatment started off immediately. Her platelet count is dropping. What does this mean? What are our options here?

Dengue is a viral infection and dropping in platelets might be due to that. If there is any signs of bruising or small skin hemorrhage called petechia happens needs to be concerned about very low plattlett counts needs to go to hospital
