Wash hands frequently. Wear masks. isolate your husband from children. Sanitize surfaces........even with precautions- still possible to get the flu because difficult for children to follow strict protocols........that's why illnesses spread among kids in day cares and schools. Dr. Pam
To prevent the spread of the flu to your young children: isolate the sick family member, practice frequent handwashing, limit physical contact, cover coughs and sneezes, clean and disinfect surfaces, provide separate utensils and personal items, ensure good ventilation, monitor symptoms in children, and ensure everyone eligible receives an annual flu vaccine. Consult with healthcare professionals for specific advice tailored to your situation.
