Why will protein consumption worsen my kidneys?

I am diabetic and the doctor has suggested me to reduce the amount of proteins in my diet since my urine report shows protein loss. How will protein consumption worsen my kidneys?

Get an appt. with a nephrologist now. Other physicians do not have the knowledge a nephrologist has to treat peoteinuria. And most don’t fully understand the cause.
Your liver and pancreas will not function properly.
Because if you eat more than 70 gm of protein, the protein will go thru the kidney and cause bigger “holes” in your kidney membrane to make you lose more protein. Excess Protein loss causes busy malnutrition
High protein diet with weak kidney function produces more toxin load for kidneys to filter, thereby increasing work load on already weak kidneys to excrete the toxins. Low protein diet is recommended to maintain kidney function stable with chronic kidney disease
Studies showed high protein use worsens kidney function.
High oral protein intake can be hard on CKD
