All good questions need professional evaluation and then can offer answers accordingly.
That's a lot of questions. Biofeedback only works with tooth grinding. Neurofeedback can help with a variety of disorders, using lengthy treatments. Virtual realty helps with phobias. Clonazepam interferes with short term memory. LONG TERM is controversial. There is nothing that has no side effects, even water in excess.
First of all you seem very anxious and overloaded with internet information. Each person is genetically unique and will respond to different medications in different ways. I am not sure what symptoms you were trying to target in order to have started Wellbutrin and Effexor. I assume you have a psychiatrist since you are taking these medications.

Now, about your question - What are these things and who benefits from them: neuro psychotherapy; neuromodulation, biofeedback, neuro biofeedback, brain training, biofeedback, virtual reality therapy - you have a lot of the same therapy in different words or repeated. Biofeedback and Neurofeedback are both brain training just that Neuro Feedback uses brain waves or an EEG to help guide treatment. Virtual Reality is limited to PTSD, Anxiety disorders, Panic disorders, Phobias to help desensitization and improvement in symptoms. Perhaps to start with what symptoms you are looking to improve would help guide what kind of treatment would be best for you

Clonazapem as all benzodiazepines can cause short term memory issues with long term use. In the elderly it may accelerate dementia in some cases and therefore we try to avoid if possible.

What does it mean when a meds combo kicks in only once-Wellbutrin and Effexor?--> Don't know what you mean with this question - never heard of combo meds kicks only once. You mean they have an effect once and stop working?

Never seen wellbutrin and effexor cause memory loss or confused thinking or mind going blank - are you taking anything else, do you have any medical problems?

can esketamine work w/o any side effects? Who is it used for? what are the worst/common side effects? --> It is a pretty powerful medication and reason why it has to be administer in the office and patient has to monitored for a few hours post application. Used for severe depression that has been resistant from many other treatments. It is a last resort. Worse side effects hallucinations or respiratory distress.

Wellbutrin & Effexor cause invol.movement and I don't want to add more meds, what to do? Never seen it happen. Are you taking other medications?

Can genomind provide useful results? Yes they can improve chances of getting the right medication up to 70% but nothing is a 100% accurate.

What's the shortest amount of time possible to get off wellb. and Effexor? you should discuss with your doctor what would be the best ways to get you off these medications.
I would read a book like The Antidepressant Solution by Joseph Glenmullen, MD, which gives very careful instructions on getting off medications. From my experience, the medications are not treating disorders, they are blocking communication between feeling centers and thinking centers in the brain. People mistake feeling less with treatment. You might also consult the website for Mad in America which was started by Robert Whitaker. This gives information on all the main medication groups. I am not familiar with all the modalities that you mention in your message. Thus, I can't be of much help with them. Although I was trained as a psychiatrist, I do not use medications. I help people to solve problems in their lives. I find that when people can feel engaged with another person helping them they do not need medications.
