“I have some red spots around my thighs. What could these be?”
I have observed some red spots all around my thighs. These are very itchy and also burn. What could these be?

I am not sure of your diagnosis. People often develop folliculitis which is an inflammation around the hair shaft. Some people have keratosis pilaris which is rough skin. Neither of these burn. You should consult your dermatologist
Sounds like eczema. Cortisone cream should be helpful.

There are many possibilities to what this could be. You'll need to be seen by a skin doctor to evaluate it and recommend a treatment.
Without seeing them, I cannot tell you for sure. It may be angioma.
