“Is there a safe medication to manage my pain before starting my menstrual period?”
Recently I have been getting a lot of back pain a week before my menstrual period. Are there any safe painkillers you would recommend that can help me manage this?

OTC Tylenol and NSAIDs are helpful for this type of pain. Additionally, heat to low back or lower abdomen and Epsom salt baths can be helpful.
