Generally speaking it is advisable to leave the mouthwash to get the full effect. Instead it is advised to spit out the excess mouthwash to remove the bad test.
It is not recommended.
If you brush/floss/go to the dentist for regular check-ups, and if you don’t have any systemic conditions/diseases...and no gum disease.... I personally don’t recommend use of mouthwash. Gargling with water after each meal will loosen up the food particles.
No let it stay in your mouth.
No reason to rinse with water.
No
There is no need rinse after the mouthwash, unless you just don't like the taste. It will work better the longer it is in the mouth.
It is a good idea to wait a minimum of thirty minutes following rinsing your mouth with a mouthwash.
