I met a doc and he diagnosed that it's HPV and prescribed medicines but it didn't go away. current prescription medication: acyclovir, otc medication tried previously: cephalexin/doxycycline. No improvement. Please help. Will this tiny hole will spread to other areas? should I take any injection?

Hello there! The next step I recommend is to see a physician that can biopsy and diagnose this rash!
This can be lentigo simplex
