My son is 7 years old and has been complaining of headaches. I got his eyes tested and took him to the doctor, and everything seems normal. What could be the cause of these headaches?

There are many causes of headaches esp migraines, tension, etc. He needs further workup if he is still having headaches at 7 years old.
Multiple causes from infections, allergies, lumps or masses inside the brand or simply migraine spectrum.
