My daughter is 13 years old, and lately I have noticed that she stammers when she gets anxious. Is this a problem?

It can lead to an unhlepful habit. Talk to her, let her know how she sounds, and let her know that she should think about what she wants to say before she talks. Slowing down her responses will help other understand what she is saying.
