“I'm a stewardess, and my heart rate has been increasing while we fly, especially during landings. Why?”
I'm a stewardess and I've always been comfortable with my job and all. But lately I feel my heart rate increasing, mainly while the flight is landing. This happened pretty suddenly, and I don't think it's from anxiety. Why could this be happening?

Suggest getting a KardioMobile, apple watch or other OTC monitor and document exactly what is happening. There are causes for sudden increase in in heart rate such as heart rhythm disturbances, Atrial Fib and stress/anxiety, Some of these issues have a significant effect on your health, get it checked out with a physician. If you don't think is is anxiety, then all the more reason to have it check out with your physician.
Many causes. Need EKG CBC thyroid tests to look for causes. Lower oxygen flying due to altitude may bring in symptoms.
