“stroke/ heart attack? Low sugar? ”
Yesterday at 1:30am I had a muscle spam on my right calf I woke up with the pain it was so bad my ears started to ring I felt dizzy I felt pressure on my chest, my neck hurt and i felt stiffens, pain on my left arm. I started to sweet a lot and have nausea. My heart rate was 54 and my blood oxygen drop to 84%

Probably just a "vagal" nervous reaction to the pain. That will slow your heart rate and make you sweat. Very doubtful that this is a heart attack at your age but if this recurs you should see your doctor or even go to the ER.
