My daughter suffers from severe acne right before her periods. As a result, her self confidence goes down because of her acne. How can we treat this condition?

She can use over-the-counter products like persagel, which has 10% benzoyl peroxide daytime and apply differin gel at night. Of course, first wash her face with a gentle cleanser. As always, consult with her primary care doctor if there is no improvement with these products.
