My wife had successful surgery for removal of a brain tumor. It was not cancerous. It has been six months since the surgery and she is again starting to feel dizzy. What could be wrong?

It could be any number of things, related to the surgery or not. She should start with her primary care doctor and go from there.
There are many different reasons why she still feels dizzy. She should go back to see her surgeon and a neurologist to be investigated.
Please address this question with your care team, but in general, medications (titration of anti epileptic medication), autonomic problems, cardiovascular issues and vestibular problems can all contribute to lightheadedness.
