Tingling is frequently a sign of nerve irritation or inflammation. This can be the result of disc disease in the neck "pinching" the nerve root. Also carpal tunnel syndrome and nerve diseases (neuropathy, neuritis, neuralgia), and diabetes can cause these symptoms.
Hello,

Your age, gender, and cholesterol is a risk factor for coronary artery disease or in other words you are at risk of heart attack. Oftentimes, subtle pain in neck or arm may be an initial sign of heart disease. Recommend you see your doctor to evaluate your heart. Also, you play guitar. When you play, I am sure you place the guitar under your right or left arm. This position can aggravate several nerves in the arm pit which also may be associated with the numbness or tingling you are feeling. I recommend you follow-up with your primary care physician to rule out issues with your heart FIRST!
You should at least get carpal tunnel testing to rule out carpal tunnel syndrome. See your family doctor for a referral.
Hello Sir,

Hope all is well. It looks like there is nerve involvement. I would advise to do an MRI whenever COVID19 is slowing down. Neck and shoulder area. Also, I would suggest physical therapy.
Kind regards.
Hello,

Tingling and numbness of arms can occur due to multiple causes, then range from mild to severe causes, such as sleeping in the wrong position, to neuropathic pain, herniated disk or a heart attack. I strongly recommend you to see your primary care doctor for more information.
