Tiredness or minor heart attack?

My mother had a heart attack more than a year ago. She had been okay after that. Earlier this day, she went outside to remove some grass. It took her maybe more than 2 hours. She then quickly climbed the stairs to go home. While climbing, her heartbeat fast, she said it was like being tired after an exercise. It was not like the first heart attack was her heart felt pain. Her legs particularly her left got tired too. She then rested and is feeling okay now. Does she have to go to the doctor? Thank you.

It was likely to be just fatigue, but it may have been a temporary arrhythmia of the heart such as atrial fibrillation. If she is now feeling fine there is probably no need to worry, but if it happens again, she should have a check-up, especially if the feeling doesn't pass after 10 minutes of rest. It would be a good plan to build up her fitness gradually by walking regularly, provided it doesn't make her feel unwell.

Best wishes,
